I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy, clean, and came with a very comfortable blanket. The service was top-notch with customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything they did, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and even a happy hour. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shopping areas in Bali. The dining experience, with the option to choose Indonesian cuisine and the delicious homemade yogurt, was a delightful treat. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.
